By booking with Rouge Catering, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience for all clients.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, depending on the service selected. No date or service is secured until payment is received.

Final payments must be made by the agreed-upon date prior to your event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Rouge Catering are non-refundable. Due to the nature of food preparation, staffing, and scheduling, all sales are final.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling requests. Approval is subject to availability.

Cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

4. Event Details & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including:

Guest count
Event location
Timing and setup requirements

Any changes must be communicated in advance. Rouge Catering is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Service Timing & Delays

Rouge Catering will arrive and perform services based on the agreed schedule. Delays caused by the client or venue may impact service delivery without refund.

6. Food Safety & Liability

Once food has been delivered or served, Rouge Catering is not responsible for:

Improper storage
Food left out beyond safe serving times
Any issues resulting from handling outside of our control

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Clients must inform Rouge Catering of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Rouge Catering reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or compromise the quality of service.

9. Intellectual Property

All menus, branding, and content created by Rouge Catering remain the property of the business and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Agreement

By booking with Rouge Catering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
