Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your event date.

Payments made through Afterpay will be processed and refunded (if applicable) through Afterpay. Rougé Catering, LLC does not issue direct refunds for Afterpay transactions.

 

Due to the nature of catering services, all bookings are considered final once food preparation has begun. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered, including preparation, delivery, or event completion.

 

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

 

Clients may request to reschedule their event one time, based on availability, with sufficient notice.

 

All services are customized to each client, therefore refunds are limited. Rougé Catering, LLC is not responsible for changes in guest count, event conditions, or client preferences after booking is confirmed.
